I hold a Graduate Diploma of Counselling and Integrated Psychotherapy (Spiritual) with AIFC, an MPhil in Psychoanalytic Studies (Ireland) and an MEd (Res) in Holistic Language Education (UK). I I am a PACFA and ACA registered therapist who adopts a holistic, narrative, relational and integrative approach to counselling and psychotherapy. I have a particular interest in the integration of Narrative Therapy and Psychoanalytic Therapy (archetypal, biblical, planetary, depth and relational) in my therapeutic work.
I specialise in helping people from diverse cultures explore their existential issues and mental health challenges through their personal life narratives and engage in analysis and exploration with them collaboratively during the therapeutic sessions. Being a holistic multicultural educator, counsellor and psychotherapist I believe in empowering my clients to learn from their lived experiences and stories within a safe and collaborative space. My international tertiary academic background underpins my ability to facilitate psychic development and transformation through psycho-educational strategies incorporating life coaching, self-learning and empowerment.
